Bavarian Infantry Lifeguards Regiment Patents

Just got these in from the UK, promotion patents to Leutnant and Oberleutnant for Rudolf Sauer in the Royal Bavarian Infantry Lifeguards Regiment (Königlich Bayerisches Infanterie-Leib-Regiment)

I don’t see Prinzregent Luitpold’s signature on here, but I can’t make out the handwriting on the bottom of the Leutnant patent too well. If anyone has any additional information on these pieces, it would be appreciated!

The handwriting in pencil on the bottom I read:


" I.(nfanterie) L.(eib) R.(egiment) empf.(angen) 22.3.12 ...1907

zum K.(öniglichen) Bezirks - Kommando I München.

München 23.3.1912 sig."

The signature on the handwritten part is Bernhard v. Hartz (12.4.1862-20.8.1944), the commander of the ILR from 24.1.1910 to 1.10.1912.
