This is a style or wrapping usually reserved for Frack mounts, but I'm not sure this cross is a Frack because Fracks usually (but not always) have the catch on the right. So I'm not sure.

Indeed the catch is not always on the right, but for what I have seen, the style of wrapping is consistent. This single mounted EK 2 had also a little strange bulge in the ribbon mount ( where the cross arm hit the ribbon), that was for me the reason to do some research and share it here

But it is still a little research. I'm open to other opinions

                Hi Green

                Possibly a women's mount?

I agree with that and the reason is if the catch were to open the piece would not fall off the jacket.

I also agree. But I also find quit a few frack mounts with the catch on the left side. IMO it is this not such an issue on a single mount, but I could be wrong!
Until know the only consistent (what I have found), is the right-over-left ribbon wrap!

Apparently they can 'swing' both ways.

The full size cross doesn't hang straight. It is angled as a Frack style.

Beautiful single mounts, specially the Prinzen single Frack mount
                            Thanks for showing
