The guy at top is Horthy - so post WWI. Hungarian Kingdom under regency of Horthy. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mikl%C3%B3s_Horthy

Looking at those bomber planes in the background I would say 1930s.

Having no idea of prices of Hungarian militaria, I can only say that something like that but German would be 20-60 usd so I would not expect this to be more than that - but once more I know nothing about the value of Hungarian militaria so I may be wrong.
