It's a fake. Also, it looks full-size to me.

Known as the pothole fake or the Deschler fake. It can be found on ebay
with all sorts of different pins, screws and makers marks.

I agree with the previous comments, a quite common fake.

Thanks, all - for some reason when I saw it it looked much smaller than it is - it's maybe off by a millimeter...
