stamped, marked "Werner u.Sohne"....looks OK but I am not sure about the marking,,,Comments?...

Robert Pandis has an example like this in his book and assumes "Werner & Soehne" is the maker. In my opinion it could be the stamping of a seller as well, like "Sedlatzek" used to do it.
The hardware looks like an replacement - I have seen several pictures of this style of badge and each had different hardware setups, most of them obviously replaced. I have even seen a picture of a two-piece version, clumsily soldered together...
Some say these badges were probably made in the 30/40ies.
