    question about German mount style.

    Hi guys.

    I have a question about German mount style.

    What kind of mount style? please, 'each picture' give to me..

    ex) Bayern style, Sachsen style, Preußen style, Hannover style, Württemberg style etc...

    Regarding medal bar mounting styles, there are several different styles which most of them aren't to be associated with any particular state or area as they are quite genric in all states. Some states didn't even have an "own style".

    The best way usually to ID the state of origin of the owner is by looking at the order of the awards if possible (if awards from different states are present).

    However back to your original question.
    Here's one bar that's associated with Bavaria and the south in general in the mounting style and by awards.



    For more reference pictures you can scroll through the forum via the search option, if of course no member volunteers to guide you through.
