Can someone help me ID this?

This appears German and is marked 1866. But I can't seem to find a photo of it online. It appears the crown on the left side has broken off.

I read "Kam. Kriegerverein Zindorf" ... 1866. The exact date (written on the left part) an can not make out.

Kriegerverein - veteran league

But there is also written "König" (king). I think it is the decoration for a champion markmans (shooting).
