Document Group Help

I recently purchased this EK2 w/Award document from Germany and to my surprise, the seller sent over this soldier’s whole document group along with it. I’m familiar with the EK2 document and WWI Honor Cross document, but can anyone tell me about the other two pieces? I’m also having a bit of trouble with the cursive, can anyone make out Unteroffizer Müller’s fist name and unit?

One of the documents is a promotion document for Unteroffizier Hugo Mueller signed by his company leader.

... and another one a list of personal equipment, made by release form a lazarett. With a certificate (hard to read - a better picture would be helpful).

It is glued to the Lazarett for some reason, so I'm not sure of the details behind this certificate.
