Good evening Gents,

I was wondering if I could get some opinions on this TWM?

Although it is marked 800, the backing plate does not have the silver appearance I am used to seeing on a WWI EKI that is 800 marked.

My first reaction was repro based on the pattern under the red enamel and the hardware.

The pattern doesn't bother me so much as I've seen a similar design on ones deemed to be originals here, but do agree that the pin looks a little funky, and 800 mark doesn't seem appropriate here for what does not look like 800 silver anywhere on this cross.
