Green case for imperial order (?)

Hi,

I've made some research on the forum but have not been able to find a similar case.
I first thought of Roter Adler Orden, but the case was red if I'm not mistaken. Imperial orders is not my strength but I'm happy to learn.

I have seen this case used for the Kriegs Verdeinst cross (PLM for enlisted man) as well as for a long service cross. A nice case to have and one that I am missing. Nice find!

I agree. Your green case is for the Goldenes Militär-Verdienst-Kreuz (AKA the GMVK or the "enlisted man's PLM). Yours is made late in the war with ersatz covering material and in my opinion is correct only for The GMVK. The case for the Allgemeines Ehrenzeichen Kreuz (Cross of the General Honor Decoration) is the same case but with a brown covering. On early leather cases, the colors can be hard to distinguish because the green is very dark. But yours is definitely green.
