    Imperial monogram identification?

    Hi guys....
I've been trying to find out whose Imperial monogram might be.
It is on a damascus bladed Model 1889 degen.
Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

"FR" Frederick Rex, Kaiser Frederick III as a guess

      Thanks leibregiment.

Here's a few other views of the degen.

      Enjoy.

It's definitely an FR with a crown surmounting it, so I would agree it's likely to be Friedrich Rex.

                  Thanks guys!

I appreciate the great responses and info.

Seems this degen is one of the very earliest Model 1889 degen as the reign of Frederick III was only 99 days before he succumbed to cancer.

It's always fascinating what stories the small details may unlock.

                  Thanks again.
