German ammo pouches model 1909 with many stamps!

I just received this great pair of "Patronentaschen 09".

Stamps on the back: "????mann & Engelmann Fürth 15"

Stamps on the back of #2: "Steinmetz Breslau 1916"

In the lid of #2 (right pouch):

And the middle pouch #2 has got this mysterious stamp "S. Y. 1921". Is this maybe Reichswehr were it was used after WWI and restamped???

These S.Y. marks are not German, but are rather reissue stamps from Finland, Czechoslovakia or some other country that got the surplus.
