Question on Pioneer's Axe, Austrian?

I've been trying to find information and one example of this axe to purchase for my collection, but I could only find this picture and I was wondering if anybody can shed some light on this Axe, is it Austro-Hungarian?

Im no expert in this field- but i have had the frustration of an unanswered question- first of all i would try to repost in edged weapons- they may be more familiar with the hallmarking....second, i would try to look up some hallmarks- both blades and manufacturers by era and country- seems to be an interesting hallmark, it may be something other than austrian? maybe scandinavian? just a thought, and hope this helps you in your search.,,
