Combatant's Commemorative Medal for the 1813 and 1814 Campaigns during the Napoleonic Wars.

On the reverse...."Prussen Tapfer Kriegern" (To Prussia's Brave Warriors)

"Gott Mit Uns, Ihm sey die Ehre" (God was by our side, to Him belongs the Glory)

This is the issued version with the edged arms of the Cross and with the inscription "Aus Erobertem Geschuetz" (From captured Cannons) on the rim.

You're basically correct. But, this may only be a slightly later replacement ribbon, but still more or less contemporary. 1820s, 30s?
