    It's jut a guess but I would say he is Lajos Lechner a famous architect, check this

    he had the same awards, and the face is similar as well. Is the Attelier known? if it's Szeged I would say we have him.

      I agree, looks exactly like him in the post except with trimmed hair and mustache and beard. Even his glasses have that same interesting piece hanging from them.
