Need help identifying imperial badge.

I picked up this badge a few years ago. I bought it thinking it was some kind of Franco-Prussian war badge. However I have not been able to find any similar examples. Any information on it would be appreciated.

Fairly self-explanatory from the details. Veteran's 25th anniversary badge for former member of the Bavarian Field Artillery. As there was no 13th FA Regt in the Bavarian army, I assume that the 1 and 3 refer to 1st FA Regt, 3rd Batallion or perhaps 1st Batallion, 3rd FA Regt.
