Large cloth iron cross 1st class: real? or fantasy?, or fake?

So I picked this up w/some collar tabs (that look fake but I've vet to post them in the right forum ) and wonder if any of you have ever seen such a huge cloth EK 1st class? it measures 3" x 3".

Any help appreciated.

My first impressions were "brand new" and "Paki".

If you a know a bikie looking for a jacket decoration then sell it to him (cheaply!).

At least nothing that looked like that.

Cloth EK1 existed, but they didn't look like that
