I don't see naything wrong, but I'm no expert on these medals. I suggest you to compare with the same on this forum and elsewhere on the internet. I don't see any red flags and labor medals are not much sought after, so unlikely to be faked.

Last version with King Friedrich August (similiar earlier medals with portraits of Albert and Georg exist too)
