Unknown pair of boots ww1 or post ww1???

Hello Everyone,

I have been on a trip to germany, berlin.
Next to seeing some awesome things, I aslo took the gamble of buying some objects like this pair of boots.

The salesman told me they are from arround the 1920's. I do really think that they are ww1. But i can't really find much info.

Who can please help me?

IMO WW2 period OFF boots, resoled post war ...

I have a very similar pair, I've always been told they are WW2 (infantry) officer's boots. Could be earlier too, but the heel with number is post ww2 most likely.

the the two ribbons at the side made me think that it was ww1
