Interesting Ersatz? belt

may I kindly ask you for help with identification of this belt? WW1 Ersatz IMHO?

It looks like an Austrian Ersatz belt. It is in awfully good shape. Could it be a reproduction? I'm not familiar with everything that is being copied these days. That makes it really difficult to make assessments on items that are not well known. It's probably OK, as I like the look of the leather.

Thanks for feedback Chip M. In fact, I bought it on flea market for 5 EUR I believe it's original one, I was just thinking what is it exactly and who used it.

It could have been worn by any enlisted personnel in the Austro-Hungarian army. My guess is that second and third line troops would more likely get such a belt.
