Great War Imperial officer's cutlery???

Hello,

Has anyone seen or come across something like this before? I think they are Imperial going by the brass clasp fitting and German because of the DRGM mark and colour of the pouch?

Do they date from the Great War?

There are no markings on the purse type pouch but the knife is stamped Ed. Wüsthof, Solingen and DRGM 620783.

Any info is much appreciated.
