Imperial belt and buckle with rivited tab what year

This is a imperial belt and buckle. Belt is brown and soft. The buckle has a unmarked tab that is rivited on. What year did they do this. Thanks for any info. Ed

My guess is that they started this as an expedient measure in 1914.

The belt hook looks similar to Parade /dress type..Any other stamps /date markings?

I agree that it does not look like an issue belt.

I agree on it being a private purchase parade belt. Doesn't have the thickness of a combat belt in my opinion
