I don't know that much. Did some research in this thread but haven't see a similar one for comparison so any opinion is much need it.

The Juncker-Company did produce WW1 flight badges, but according to common nowadays opinions never used the imperial crown in their makers mark stamping.
Fakers did.
I hope you did not pay too much or get your money back!
