2 x IC same maker but different. Opinions wanted.

Two IC´s same maker KO but quite different. One core is much more embossed numbers and Oakleaves look different. The weight is quite varying. One got 20,1 gramm the other 16,1 gramm.
Made in different years ? Opinions are welcome.

different die's ,differed material,different core,different time ,,


many makers had different die's throe the years.. change of productions methods and so on

both crosses are good

Thanks a lot guys. Interesting thread. Is it known what is an earlier one the flat or distinctive core ??

The one on the right with the flat core is the later type.
But KO used a few genric cores used by many and their own, keep that in mind!
