Multi-national ribbon bar

It looks like:

1. Ernestine House Order
2. Ernestine House Order
3. Carl Edouard Medal
4. Carl Edouard Medal
5. Any Austrian gong worn on a red ribbon (although this is a very orange red)
6. Austria Red Cross Decoration
7. Austria 1873 War Medal
8. Another Austrian gong on a red ribbon
9. Bulgarian Order of St. Alexander, officer
10. Bulgarian Order of Civil Merit, officer
11. Unknown (purple with silver/gold bullion edges)
12. Unknown (red with black side stripes)

Pin-back bar with tan felt backing.

I'm open to suggestions on the unknowns; identification of the recipient; or general discussion of what the recipient might have been up to.

The first red ribbon.......

......... is (IMO) (probably) Saxon-Weimar White Falcon Order.... RK1/2 ?? Officer Bar with both RK1/2 peacetime awards (no swords) The Carl Eduard is very interesting. That's a heck of a bar!!!!! Diplomat?

Oh?!? Then why the 1873 war medal. Smells fishy to me.

The 1873.....

.... doesn't really bother me.... having it doesn't restrict this to a combattant! I don't see anything that screams "combattant" on that bar Jeff.... also, trust me on this, there is no stocks floating around for Sax-Ern or Carl Eduard Medal to be used for fakes...... style and sequence are Ok, I think. But beyond my one "senior moment" between 1873/1912 ribbons, i think this bar (in the end) will prove to be right!

The White Falcon makes some sense here, and the last piece is possibly the Albanian Accession Medal of Prince William of Weid, 1914. Perhaps a horse-holder for a traveling man.

Don't mean to be pedantic, but shouldn't that be Wilhelm zu Wied?

In Shqip'ri, it's probably something very weird, but I'll stick to Bubba's English.

Oddly enough, I rarely see the medal listed in German sources. I guess old Wilhelm didn't hold up well under pressure and sort of let down the Kaiser.

The last medal may be the Romanian Trans-Danube cross (1877).

I believe you about the ribbons, but many things were possible in the 1960s-especially for "movie ribbon bars".
We'll see, but how does a court official from a small Dutchy end up with what is essentially a foreign military campaign catch-all award. Admittedly, awarded to Austrians in a variety of circumstances, but how oh how?

By the way, did anybody notice my last post in the rank thread? I thought that information might've elicited some comments. Even Banquo's Ghost spoke not.
