NC red cross medal bar - should i buy it?

Hello all,

I was offert a 2 place red cross medal bar + two matching ribbon bars.

Awards on the medal bar are a kriegshilfsdienst cross and a bronze red cross medal. Overall very nice condition.

The lady wants 70€ (79$) for it.

Should i go for it?

I got just a phone call of an older lady. So far no pictures.

She will have 70€ - i didn't know much about ww1 bars and i try to find out if it is to much or not.
