Bavarian MVK Order

I found this Bavarian MVK i found but It doesnt look right to me. The corners on the bottom left look bent some for one thing. of course I dont have any expertise on these so I could easily be wrong. What are yall's thoughts on it?

Being dropped can do that to the corners. Any markings on the swords or below them in the centre?

I dont see anything worng with it. Not sure about the Manufacturer (Weiss & Co?). so better pictures are more than welcome.

Just to add a bit more information, this is not a MVK (Militärverdienstkreuz) but a MVO (Militärverdienstorden) 4. Klasse mit den Schwertern.
