    German Leipzig/Belgian cross?, rampant lion

Hi, here I am again in need of your kind help to identify the following cross medal/orden, based on the crown and rampant heraldic lion, can be German, Leipzig/Bayern related or Belgian in origin, or just a carnaval medal?
An impulse buy, liked the enameled colors, did not like the plain back.
Your opinion will be highly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your time and kind response.

My guess would be a German carnival König cross. These are usually well-made and quite attractive.

I say no, it is not a usual piece for a carnival prince (not king).

For me it seems to be Belgian, crown and lion look very Belgian. Maybe from one of the several private organizations.

If not Belgian, it could be from a "Ritterbund".
