Hello, I'm trying to figure out what this badge is. I suspect it is WWI German. Any thoughts?

I don't know, what it is. But I think, that it is not military and not WWI related.

It seems to be a picture of Friedrich Schiller (?):

The half laurel half oak leaf wreath is what throws me off, I thought that was a German thing.
