Help needed in identifying Dress epaulettes Prussia?

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the add to the group.
I recently got these Dress Epaulettes in an consignment and as it is not my main line of collecting, I have no clue.









From the coat of arms I would guess that they are Prussian? Could any of the members assist with the unit, what rank they would represent and possible what age they would be.

Hello !

These boards are for a "Beamter" and yes, they are from Prussia. I would date them around 1880/90 and the rank would be equivalant to a Leutenant.

I would need to look into my references what kind of official he was with these blue fields and yellow "moons"
