Opinons needed on Imperial items

I was hoping some of you could offer some opinions on these items. Sorry about the picture quality, but they are not mine. Is there enough detail to tell if they're okay? I'm a bit out of my element with these (and especially these cases). I imagine someone "modified" that case on the left rather heavily. Thank you in advance!

I'm no expert in these, but general consensus is that wast majority of EK2 cases for sale nowadays are fake/modified cases that were originally made for something else (jewelry, watches, cuttlery ...). Better pics of cases from all sides will be needed. The left cross looks fine to me (but pics aren't best either), the right one looks very new, but it can be okay. I don't know the medal on third picture.

More pics would be nice but I don't see issues with either cased EK2.

The other medal/case I am not familiar with.
