Thank you everyone! I've paid for it now and the seller has confirmed the purchase. I finally bought myself a real EK1 after years of collecting, and at a price I was comfortable with may i add...

But yeah Thanks again, I bought a post ww2 EK1 early on in my collecting years ago and payed for a ww2 EK1 it kinda put me of Ek's until I started collecting imperial medals. But it came with a very nice real EK case I might use to display this!

I purchased a fake "muffin crown" KO EKI from a fellow here on WAF but it will do as a place filler till I can save up to get a real EKI. I bought it knowing that it was a fake there was no deception involved

I was an idiot back then and for some reason had it in my head that is it was magnetic then it must be real... I was an idiot... Now I am an experienced collector I know about the markings and tick list but I also know it's important to check it with you guys first if it is something that is often faked.
