Seems like a crazy price for what it is. Watch out for Der Rittmeister as he has good stuff but most is overpriced and a lot is junk. He has an engraved EK1 that was recently on another dealer's site for almost half the price and the first Pilot Badge he has listed is fake.Comment

Der Rittmeister sells to the gullible and inexperienced. I would never buy anything from him. His prices are ridiculous. I looked up this group on the website. $495 is more than double what it's worth and it's essentially a broken group, as his EKII doc and cross are missing.
The EKI is a KO and not in great condition - worth maybe $125. The document is post-war, not in great condition and rather plain - worth $25-35. The Hindy and doc are standard and worth about $25 as a set. The other docs and photos are nothing much. They only add a little value to the group because they belonged to the same guy.
$200 would be generous for this group, IMO.
For $495, you could do a lot better. There have been some nice little doc groups sold on eBay lately that went for a fraction of this amount.Comment
