Interesting 1914 Iron Cross 1st Class variant

    Hello everyone,

    An interesting jeweller "upgraded" example.
It belonged to Hauptmann Richard Kuhlmann, "Linienkommandeur Lüttich" and later commander of Armee-Funkerabteilung of the 8. Armee.

    Enjoy!

    Thanks!
    Klaus

Very nice piece with a nicely done jeweler modification.
          Best regards,

Shouldn't the title be "Interesting 1914 Iron Cross 1st Class variant" instead of "Interesting 1913 Iron Cross 1st Class variant"?

It's a great cross that I would love to add to my collection.

You are surprised a lowly Captain isn't readily searchable?

Hey butschekantiques don't worry about the typo, we have all made them from time to time. I agree with all of the above on getting a very nice KO EKI cross
