Three Place Imperial Ribbon Bar

All, just picked up a three-place Imperial ribbon bar - EKII, Saxe-Ernestine House Order with Crown and Swords, and Centenary medal. My question is what can one tell about that particular combination of awards? Approximate rank of the wearer, etc? I'll post some pics tonight when I get home - the cross and swords device is a stunner.

Most likely to an officer as there is no long service ribbon. An enlisted man would have had at least a ribbon for four years.
