Inspektor August Herman Krakau

Recently, I have purchased two award documents of Garnisonverwaltungs Inspektor August Herman Krakau This title translates to Garrison Administration Supervisor, or something like that. In the 1894 ranklist I found August Krakau with the "Bezirk der Intendantur des IX. Armeekorps", decorated with the KO4, and a 3rd class LS award.

I would like to know, if anyone have, any more information about the career of Mr. Krakau.
