It's a Württemberg Grenadier Regt. grouping. I don't believe the Austrian Tapferkeit medal belongs as there's no ribbon for it on the bar. What's your concern?

Good original grouping of one of the Olga`s

Very nice grouping, congratulations! Austrian medal fits there perfectly, Olga-regiment served alongside Austrians on several occasions, in Serbia in 1916 and on Soča (Isonzo) in 1917.
