It has that goldeny XV LS medal that Rick R. always thought denoted a navy NCO bumped up to Lt @ 1919 and awarded one of a fancy batch at that time. I think he said they were mostly Engineers (as in mechanical types) etc. There's a thread on them WAAAAAYYY back in the archives.
