Looks like an AWScore. However I can't make out the frame. So I'm at 50% for this one.

Very interesting cross. It has an AWS core and what appears to be AWS-type hardware. The frame, however, is not AWS. I know of one other maker who used this core (though there could be more). I guess more photos are needed to judge it: soldered seams, and in-focus shots of the frame.
