Does anybody know what uhlan regiment this unit mark goes to and want the engraving is on the blade?

The blade has the man's name: Ulan Schumachers, III Eskadron (Squadron). 5. U. 3. = 5th Ulan Regiment, 3rd Squadron.

I think the weapon number might be "36."
