Hello,
on the past Sunday, I went to a big flea market that takes place each month's last Sunday, at Piazzola sul Brenta (Province of Padua, Italy).
It's a fine place where to find anything, also in our field of militaria, orders & decorations.
This time, my attention was captured by a picture of a captain from a Prussian Hussar's regiment, with many high orders. It couldn't have been a common guy.
In fact, the autographed signature, written in old German Kurrent calligraphy, says:
Osman Fuad
Prinz des Osmanischen Reiches
20. 11. 1917
The lower right corner of the picture's cardboard base, bears the photographer's signature of the atelier "E. Bieber" Berlin.
Thinking this finding as perhaps interesting, I would like to share it with all the colleagues in this Forum.
Best wishes,
Enzo (E.L.)
