Artillery Luger holster??? Custom made??

I picked the holster up today at an auction. Looks like a Luger holster with an added section to take an artillery model Luger? Anyone ever see this before?

It may have been damaged and then repaired or just modified to fit the different weapon. It's not uncommon to see holsters with such changes. You see it on all models of German holsters. It's nearly impossible to tell when it was done.

The straps and fittings are not artillery style, so it looks like it coulda started life like a regular one ?

It's simply a P08 holster with a nose job to accommodate an LP08. I've run across several of these over the years.
