          The value of the award is that it is one of his set of awards that all belong to this one man. Whoever that is. I hope he can be identified. They represent all of the different countries that this individual interacted with. The representatives from those countries must have appreciated his service enough to want to be represented with his other bestowals. They are the peak of his professional life, personified in bits of precious metals and fired enamels.

          It is really an interesting group of awards to a turn of the century gentleman. If I may ask, what are your intentions for the group?
