    I.D. on Imperial medals please

Can someone i.d. two of the medals on this bar for me? The two to the viewers right of the EKII. Any comments on the bar welcomed as well...what's obvious to you might not be to me as I'm not very familiar with Imperial groups!
    THANKS!

    pretty nice Saxon NCO bar!

After EK follows a Saxon General Honor Cross with swords, then a silver Friedrich-August- Medal on war ribbon. Then a Sachsen-Meiningen medal for merits in the war.

    Best regards

    Daniel

The Honor Cross with Swords (Ehrenkreuz mit Schwertern) was awarded to NCOs who either (i) already had 20 years of service or (ii) already had the silver Friedrich August Medal on the war ribbon ("Unteroffiziere mit mindestens 20 jähr. Dienstzeit und solche, die silberne Friedrich-August-Medaille am Bande für Kriegsvedienste schon haben"). Going by the 15-year DA, this guy might have met both criteria.

The precedence is wrong, though. The Saxon DA should not come after a foreign award. The holder might have considered the Hungarian medal, although foreign, to be recognition for wartime service; thus he might have regarded it higher than a DA. That's a stretch, though. It was probably just mismounted.
