    Not award documents.

The top one is a senior military official's promotion document to the rank of Military Superintendent. It appears to have an original Kaiser Wilhelm signature.

The other document is a an honor certificate for a 2nd prize in what I think is a 99 kg pack march during a 4-part youth military sports competition from the Weimar period (Sept 19, 1926).

The first one the promotion document as bolewts58 pointed out is the promotion of

Paul Emil Georg Markscheffel from Militär-Intendanturrat to a Militär-Intendanten.

It is interesting that the document was given (with the original signature of Kaiser Wilhelm II)

on bord of the imperial yacht Hohenzollern ("MY Hohenzollern) in Travemünde, dated 30. Juni

      1900

The second document is for the 2nd prize in quadrathalon / four-part-assigment youth

competition with 99 Points. It is not related with military.

The printed signature is from Reichspräsident "von Hindenburg" who was Patron of the games.
