Are these bars believable?

What makes the difference? Did one have to serve in conjunction with the wartime formations of these countries to get their commemorative medals awarded? What are the chances of having served with all three?

      I bought a classic "padding" set last year for a WW1 Unterartzt who got recalled @1939 and decided that since he was in uniform again he needed more medals- he applied for and quickly received the Bulgarian and Hungarian medals to add to his EK2/HKx combo. Later he got a Westwall medal-but interestingly, despite 4 years service in WW1, never got LS medals.

        Here is one of those "padded" bars. Nice little merit medal from Reuss and all the commemoratives he could get.
