I wouldn't call them awards. They're just commemorative tinnies for the most part.

To me to ribbon looks like red/white/green/black/green/white/red. If that's so, then it's not Kyffhäuser.

This must be a ribbon that they had made up as a custom job. The ribbon does not go to any Imperial award.
