Help Identifying Medal

Hi Guys,
I’ve never come across this one before and was hoping that you could lead me in the right direction? I believe this is a 25 year service award for Veteran members of the Feldartillerie Regiment in Magdeburg region? The award reads: “Kam. Verein. ehem. Feldart. Magdeburg” which I believe is long form for Kampf Verein ehemaliger Feldartillerie (Regiment) Magdeburg (Fight club former field artillery regiment Magdeburg)? If anyone can show me a comparable or any more information I would be greatly appreciative!

Not "Kampf" (which anyway would be Kämpfer with an umlaut on the a if that was the word), but "Kameraden". The rest of your translation is correct. I've never seen one of these before. I like it!
