Does anyone have the Gallipoli Star with screwback? I have a screw back case that is believed to be for this Star. Thanks for the help. Jim

His rank is 1st leutnant and it was taken in 1917

What do you think about that piece. - ín my opinion it looks OK..

I loved the photo and I also think that the ribbon at the bottom looks like a Liyakat or similar Ottoman order but I honestly never saw one wearing a Liyakat ribbon on the button hole.

I also think the star is good only badly repaired on two arms. I will compare it to my similar examples at home.

I think it is not a repair - i think it is the lightning of the camera?

Yes maybe some reflections from the lights but the strawberry texture seems to be less noticeable especially on the left arm.
