What is a reasonable price to buy a WWI Imperial German Feldgrau Model 15 Prussian enlisted mans overcoat in very good condition with all buttons and no shoulderboards?

Enlisted issue field gray wool greatcoat has green 'insignia cloth' collar and painted general service crown buttons, large rolled cuffs, back adjustment belt, and inset slanted pockets with exterior flaps; interior has white cotton lining with Magdeburg maker stamp, linen sleeve linings, and dark striped cotton interior pockets. Insignia cloth collar has several holes and the white cotton lining has a couple of rust stains likely from pins that once held a label or tag, otherwise the coat no sign that it was ever worn. This coat has quality hand worked details throughout including handsewn tacks, flat-felled seams, etc. Excellent unissued example.
We have also had lesser examples that sold for between $350 and $495.
